Growstone’s patented technology takes beverage bottles out of the waste stream and puts them to work by creating functional, innovative, and cost-effective industrial, horticultural, commercial, and consumer products. Growstone products range from green technology building materials such as biodiverse green roofs to media for hydroponic grow systems.

Growstone technology is environmentally friendly. It offers a practical and cost-effective alternative to strip-mined materials like pumice, perlite, vermiculite and haydite (shale). Natural cleaning products offer a green alternative to the use of toxic chemicals. Horticultural products are reusable and recyclable. On top of being earth friendly, all Growstone products offer superior performance.

No matter the application, Growstone’s proven technology is one of the only ways currently available to utilize beverage bottles that although conscientiously recycled by consumers, almost always end up in the landfill.

Composed of 99% mixed cullet (recycled bottles), Earthstone materials are customized using natural additives. The manufacturing process is performed by baking the natural material and forming it into the desired shapes. Growstone products are even packaged using the most earth-conscious materials possible.
